The Coaching Process

5 Steps to Success

1. Complimentary Consultation

I start with a friendly conversation to learn more about your goals and the changes you hope to see. It is also a chance to see if we are the right fit to work together.

2. Registration
& Intake

I gather information about your child's current executive function skills. This may include reviewing IEPs, teacher input, or other reports to create a clear starting point and set meaningful goals.

3. Coaching Sessions

In our weekly sessions, I build a strong connection with each student while teaching key skills like focus, organization, time management, and self-regulation; personalized to their unique needs.

4. Family Team Meeting

I meet with families to celebrate progress, adjust goals, and plan next steps so everyone can support the student’s growth together.

5. Phase Out

As skills grow, I gradually step back, and help the student take ownership of their progress. The goal is lasting independence and confidence that extend beyond our sessions.
